Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver to every address in the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. After processing, your order arrives within 6–10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
No. Our prices include VAT and there are no extra charges on delivery for UK orders.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with measurements in centimetres and inches. Some styles can fit slightly small, so check our size guide. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns are sent to our fulfilment center in China, and the cost of return shipping is usually between £16 and £30, depending on the carrier and the weight of your parcel. How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund within 10 working days. It can take a few extra days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't have to pay any return costs.
