Frequently asked questions
1. Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver to every address in the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. After processing, your order arrives within 6–10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
4. Can I return my coat if I change my mind?
Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item, unworn and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Contact us first and we'll guide you through it.
5. How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund within 10 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
7. How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart in centimetres and inches. Some styles fit slightly small, so check our size guide. Between sizes? Size up.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Every payment is processed securely at checkout.
